By using apxscale.ai or engaging ApxScale LLC for services, you agree to these terms. Specific service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal.
ApxScale provides digital marketing services including social media marketing, website design, advertising management, and CRM software and automation. Scope, deliverables, and fees are defined per engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of their websites, domains, advertising accounts, and customer data created or managed under an engagement.
Monthly fees are billed in advance. One-time build fees are due per the engagement schedule. Ad spend is paid by the client directly to the advertising platforms.
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volume, or revenue results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApxScale's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate per the engagement agreement. Client assets and data are transferred to the client upon termination.
